My recent stay at Mercure exceeded my highest expectations in every aspect. Not only did the hotel provide a cozy room with a good-sized double bed and modern design, but it also went above and beyond in their service. When I accidentally left some documents behind, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their attention to detail and care for guests' belongings. The heating and air conditioning in the room ensured a comfortable stay, and the tea and coffee facilities added a lovely touch to my mornings. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, and the excellent check-out time of 12:00 gave me the flexibility I needed during my trip. The hotel's prime location near the metro made exploring the city a breeze, with convenient access to various local restaurants and attractions.
